You'll support the Kitchen Manager by coaching Team Members, maintaining food safety and quality standards, and helping execute each shift with excellence.

Responsibilities- Lead and support the back-of-house Team Members throughout each shift.
- Prepare and cook menu items according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure food is prepared accurately, consistently, and in a timely manner.
- Coach, mentor, and develop Team Members while leading by example.
- Assist with training and onboarding new Team Members.
- Monitor food quality, portioning, and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
- Communicate effectively with the Kitchen Manager and Front of House Captain to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with inventory, prep, stocking, and kitchen organization.
- Support the Kitchen Manager with daily kitchen operations and shift execution.
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or kitchen leader is required.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and develop fellow Team Members.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Open availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
