About the role
We’re hiring an Account Manager to support large, complex customer relationships across portfolios of 15,000 units. You will lead day-to-day execution of multi-phase rollouts, drive adoption across operations and accounting teams, and ensure customers are successfully live and using Roost.
You’ll partner closely with Roost leadership on executive relationships and strategy, while owning the operational execution that makes those relationships successful.
You must come from the multifamily industry and understand how operators, accounting teams, and systems actually work.
What you’ll do
- Support rollout and ongoing success of enterprise customers across large portfolios
- Build and execute multi-phase implementation plans across regions, properties, and systems
- Drive adoption of Roost workflows across operations and accounting teams
- Coordinate across client stakeholders (regional ops, accounting, IT) to keep rollouts on track
- Run regular rollout calls, track milestones, and manage follow-ups
- Monitor performance metrics and flag risks, gaps, or delays
- Partner with internal teams (product, engineering, operations) to resolve issues
- Support expansion opportunities by identifying areas where additional Roost services can add value
What you bring
- 5 years in multifamily (property management, operations, or accounting)
- Experience working with mid-to-large portfolios (10,000 units preferred)
- Familiarity with property management systems (Yardi, RealPage, Entrata)
- Strong organizational, project management and presentation skills
- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and keep initiatives moving
- Comfort working with both operational teams and accounting partners
- Self-starter who can execute independently and escalate when needed

- Strong adoption of Roost workflows at the property and accounting level
- Rollouts stay on track with clear communication and minimal delays
