As a Porter, you are responsible for providing quality guest service as it pertains to packages, storage room organization and bell duty services in a gracious and professional manner.

Job Description
- Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing a positive first impression of the hotel.
- Package Room: organize, collect trash, check and replenish supplies
- Offer information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to enhance guests' experience and address any inquiries they may have.
- Receive, organize, notify and deliver packages for our residents/ guests
- Assist guest with luggage upon arrival and departure
- Monitor and maintain our entrance, lobby, and mailroom
Requirements
- Ability to lift, balance and carry up to 30 lbs. to transport carts, cleaning supplies, linen, equipment, etc.
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time throughout the day to assist guests and team members.
