Roosevelt Elivert Insurance Agency in Glen Burnie, MD, is looking for a goal-oriented, enthusiastic person with a positive attitude to help us sell our amazing insurance products and services as a Full-Time Insurance Customer Service Representative. We have two locations with a fun, collaborative, and supportive environment to ensure you have all of the tools you need to be successful. Candidates will receive a base salary of $40,000 / year with the opportunity to earn an additional $5,000-$10,000 in commissions, year end base salary commission range is $40,000-$50,000.

Responsibilities
- Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working with clients to develop insurance quotes.
- Servicing existing client's insurance policies and needs.
- With your excellent relationship-building talents, youll be building rapport with clients and have the opportunity to market additional product offerings.
- You'll be overcoming objections to maintain client retention and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be able to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills including professional phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport.
- A team player who is self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Must be able to acquire Property Casualty Insurance License.
