Position Overview

oversee and coordinate labor crews on construction projects in Estero, FL. This

and assisting with the transportation of on-site personnel. The ideal candidate
will be safety-focused, organized, and capable of leading a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct labor crews to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
- Perform and oversee site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Coordinate and assist with bussing on-site personnel as needed.
- Assign daily tasks to laborers and monitor progress.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of labor hours and equipment usage.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and other team members.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Labor Foreman or similar supervisory role in construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
- Must have a clean driving record.
