CDL Bus Driver (Construction Worker Transport)
Location: Estero, FL (Coconut Point Mall to West Bay Subdivision)
Position Overview
Manhattan Construction is seeking a responsible and punctual CDL Bus Driver to transport construction workers on a short, consistent route—approximately 2 miles from Coconut Point Mall to the West Bay Subdivision. This position offers reliable, daily driving with split shifts.
Schedule
Morning Route: 5:30 AM – 8:00 AM
Afternoon Route: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Qualifications
• Valid Florida CDL
• Proper endorsements to transport 15 passengers (per Florida statute)
• Previous passenger or bus driving experience preferred but not required
• Reliable, professional, and punctual
Requirements
• Background check and drug screening required
• Ability to safely operate a bus and ensure passenger safety
• Strong attendance and time management skills
