Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Bartender/Server who will primarily work behind the bar but is also comfortable stepping onto the floor to serve when needed. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both crafting drinks and connecting with guests.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests warmly and create a memorable experience from start to finish
- Prepare and serve craft cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide attentive table service when serving on the floor
- Operate the POS system for orders and payments
- Maintain a clean, organized bar and workspace
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Work collaboratively with the team to keep service smooth and upbeat
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous bartending experience required (craft cocktail experience is a plus but not required. We’ll train the right person!)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
