Position Description
Advisors provide desktop support that includes troubleshooting, implementation, training, and planning. They also offer the same support for networks, servers, and often third-party software. Most days will be spent traveling between client offices, interfacing with end users to implementing solutions.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication ability
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and follow through
- Willingness and ability to learn new information
- Presentable attire and hygiene
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Reliable transportation for daily travel
Position Bonus Points
- Experience with Microsoft Server software and roles; Active Directory, Exchange, SQL
- Experience with Linux command line
- Industry related certifications
- Work experience in an IT related field
