Job Summary
We are seeking a roofer or lead roofer with a minimum of 4-5 years of roofing experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and commercial roofing with the capability to work well on a team. This role requires driving to jobsites that could vary from day to day. We take pride in our work and we expect the highest level of professionalism and excellence for our team members. This role will require on call emergency work from time to time and potentially weekend work when needed. Must speak English.
Duties
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively for various roofing installation or repair.
- Must have experience with comp, steep slope, metal, and/or PVC.
- Must be able to work on a team and follow direction on either new construction or reroof jobs.
- Must have reliable transportation with the ability to commute to jobsites throughout King and Snohomish County
Experience
- Proven experience as a roofer or roofing lead
- Strong knowledge of roofing install for comp, metal, and PVC
- Proficiency in using roofing tools and other construction equipment safely
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of roofing work.
