Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Residential Roofing Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working directly with homeowners, and takes pride in delivering high-quality projects from start to finish.
You will be responsible for managing roofing projects, coordinating crews, ensuring job quality, and driving repair revenue through inspections and quoting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform roof inspections for residential properties
- Identify issues and provide accurate repair quotes
- Schedule roofing installations and repairs
- Oversee job sites to ensure quality workmanship and efficiency
- Coordinate with crews to ensure materials, equipment, and information are ready
- Communicate with homeowners throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure all jobs are completed on time and to company standards
- Manage project close-out, including final walkthroughs and documentation
Qualifications
- Previous experience in roofing, construction, or project management preferred
- Comfortable working on roofs and ladders
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable climbing roofs and performing inspections
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
