Working directly with company ownership, you will oversee daily operations, lead internal personnel, and help manage our nationwide field service team of 20 technicians.
We are looking for a hands-on leader who takes ownership, holds employees accountable, improves efficiency, and delivers measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and nationwide field service activities.
- Manage employee scheduling, productivity, performance, and accountability.
- Lead, coach, and develop internal personnel and field technicians.
- Improve operational processes, communication, and workflow efficiency.
- Monitor labor costs, travel expenses, service completion, and profitability.
- Establish and track operational KPIs and performance expectations.
- Resolve operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
- Work directly with ownership on business improvements and growth initiatives.
- Progressively assume responsibilities associated with the Director of Operations role.
Qualifications
- MUST Have 3–5 years of operations management or supervisory experience.
- Proven experience managing employees and operational performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple departments, schedules, and priorities.
- Understanding of productivity, labor management, and cost controls.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management software.
- Experience in field services, HVAC, construction, manufacturing, or commercial maintenance preferred.
