About the Role
We're looking to add a team of two roof technicians (a crew of 2) who are fluent in English, hold valid driver's licenses, and are experienced in both steep-slope and low-slope roofing workincluding repairs and full installations. In this role, you'll:
Perform service repairs and installations on residential and small commercial roofs
Diagnose and fix leaks, flashing issues, membrane failures, and shingle problems
Work efficiently and safely at heights
Load, carry, and move roofing materials and equipment
Maintain clean, professional job sites
Collaborate with the office when demand is low (e.g., shop or administrative tasks)
Be available for occasional off-peak work (overflow, weather delays, etc.)
When the weather turns bad or work slows, you won't be sidelinedyou'll help out in the shop or support other crews. This is a stable, long-term role, not a seasonal gig.
What We're Looking For
Must-Haves:
Fluent in English (for safety and communication)
Valid driver's license, clean driving record
Proven experience with steep-slope roofing (shingles, underlayment, flashing, etc.)
Experience with low-slope roofing systems (membranes, patching, coatings)
Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and in varied weather
Physically capable (lifting, bending, climbing)
Reliable, punctual, safety-conscious, team-oriented
Nice to Have:
Roofing certification or manufacturer credentials
Familiarity with Maryland / local code compliance
Previous experience in roofing service/maintenance
