Lead Roofing Projects from Start to Finish
RoofPRO is hiring an experienced Roofing Project Coordinator to oversee residential and commercial roofing projects from planning to completion. This is a leadership role for someone who knows the roofing industry inside and out scheduling, logistics, production, and client communication. You'll manage job execution, supervise crews, coordinate materials, and ensure every project meets RoofPRO's high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
Manage the full lifecycle of roofing projects from contract handoff to final inspection.
Build schedules that account for weather, crews, and materials.
Oversee production crews and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
Coordinate material orders, deliveries, and staging for upcoming jobs.
Communicate directly with clients to set expectations and provide updates.
Conduct site visits for progress checks, issue resolution, and client satisfaction.
Track project data in CRM/scheduling tools (HubSpot, MarketSharp, or similar).
Support service and repair crews to meet production targets.
What You Bring
5 years of roofing industry experience in operations, field supervision, or project management.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple jobs at once.
Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and installation standards.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail, strong time management, and calm under pressure.
CRM or scheduling software experience (or ability to learn quickly).
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
