What You'll Do

• Oversee full

  production lifecycle:

  planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout

• Coordinate sales-to-production handoffs for seamless project starts

• Manage

  job scheduling

  , crew assignments, and material logistics

• Lead daily team huddles, oversee repair crews, and enforce safety standards

• Conduct regular

  site inspections

  to ensure quality and compliance

• Track project data in CRM tools (HubSpot, MarketSharp, etc.) with accuracy

• Communicate with clients

  on schedules, progress, and updates

• Run projects from start to finish with in-house or sub crews.

• Handle callbacks or potential warranty calls.

• Monitor budgets, costs, and profitability while driving efficiency

• Support continuous improvement by documenting and refining processes

What You Bring

• 7 years in roofing or construction, with 5 years in leadership or

  operations management

• Hands-on experience across

  major roofing systems

  (shingles, metal, TPO, PVC, EPDM)

• Strong planning, scheduling, and multi-tasking abilities

• Proficiency with

  project management

  and CRM platforms

• OSHA 30 certification (required) and EPA Lead-Safe certification (preferred)

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check

• Integrity, resilience under pressure, and a safety-first mindset
