Be able to Install metal per the instructions and provide documents (plans/specs) and follow guidelines as described by a supervisor.
- Department: Production
- Department Supervisor: Director of operations
- Direct Supervisor: Crew foreman
- Direct Reports: Crew Foreman
- Install metal
- Take and verify field measurements
- Conceptualize and create layout while taking SMACNA guidelines Into consideration
- Install metal as specified
- Proper operation and maintenance of metal fabricating tools and equipment
- Maintain site and/or truck Inventory to ensure production Is not put on hold
- Work safely
- Abide by all job-site safety requirements, including PPE, fall protection and others.
- Report all situations improperly protected Immediately
- Refuse to put oneself or others in a situation deemed unsafe by OSHA or company policy.
- Participate in training
- Participate in safety meetings.
- Attend all companywide training events.
- Participate in manufacturer system-specific training.
- Participate in all other training as assigned.
- Deliver excellent quality and customer satisfaction
- Perform work according to company and trade specific standards.

- Multiple Metal Joint Conditions
- Stepped Flashings
Language skills - ability to read, analyze and interpret work-related documents
Candidate Should Possess
- Valid Texas Driver's license with insurable record.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Available to travel short distances for a week at a time.
- Willingness to learn new skills & systems.
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in work.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive and professional attitude and the ability to work under pressure.
- Top Pay - $20-$27 per hour based on experience.
