Key Responsibilities
· Assist in performing exterior inspections (siding, roofing, gutters, etc.) to identify potential issues
· Learn to consult with customers and provide professional recommendations
· Build and maintain relationships with homeowners and ensure a great customer experience
· Represent Ridgeline with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude
· Follow up on leads and help move projects through to completion
Qualification
s· Excellent communication and people skill
s· Positive, coachable attitude and a willingness to lear
n· No prior experience required training is provide
d· Sales or customer service experience is a plu
s· Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and safely climb ladder
s· Reliable transportation and valid driver’s licens
e· Must pass a background check and have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR
