What The Position is About:
- Manage concrete and structural restoration projects throughout the Miami market
- Oversee projects from mobilization through completion and closeout
- Manage project schedules, documentation, budgets, billing, and overall execution
- Serve as the main communication point between customers, engineers, consultants, Superintendents, and internal teams
- Hold field and project support teams accountable to schedules and project expectations
- Track project quantities, costs, and financial performance
- Ensure daily reports, submittals, as-builts, permits, and closeout requirements are completed
- Utilize Procore and other technology to maintain project visibility and organization
- Manage approximately $800K-$1.2M in monthly project billings once fully ramped
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- 3 years of project management experience
- Concrete, structural, or closely related restoration experience
- Experience managing construction projects from startup through completion
- Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills
- Experience working directly with customers, engineers, consultants, and field teams
- Ability to manage and hold Superintendents and support staff accountable
- Comfort managing project budgets, costs, billing, and overall financial performance
- Procore experience is preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required
Salary : $1,200 - $800,000
