What The Position is About:
- Achieve or exceed sales goals by calling on commercial clients, attending preset appointments and generating new opportunities through scouting, door knocking, and networking
- Create and maintain strong relationships with new customers while building loyalty with existing customers
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales
- Use CRM tools to track your pipeline, manage customer communications, and drive follow-ups
- Commit to continuous learning and knowledge of the company’s products and maintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Commercial roofing sales experience, ideally in reroof, retail commercial replacement, service-related reroof, or relationship-based commercial sales
- Experience self-generating leads
- Familiarity with estimating
