Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to develop comprehensive project plans and schedules using project management software.
- Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to maintain project profitability and compliance.
- Monitor on-site activities to ensure safety standards are met while maintaining quality control through regular site inspections.
- Facilitate communication across all stakeholders through clear documentation, progress reports, and timely updates using Bluebeam and other construction management tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management or project coordination within the commercial construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contract administration.
- Proficiency in project management software including Bluebeam, and other relevant tools.
- Demonstrated ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately for effective project execution.
- Experience with construction site operations and safety protocols is highly desirable.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, teams, and vendors.
