Year 1 OTE of $100k-$250k – Commission based

This role is commission based, with the best sales reps taking home over $250k in their first year

What’s the role?
- Generate your own leads through cold calling and “door knocking”
- Perform roof inspections and estimate or quote prices and solutions
- Perform contract negotiations, after sales support and ongoing support
- Create long-term and trusting relationships with customers
What we need from you
- Be comfortable cold calling and self-generating leads, as well as hitting activity KPIs
- Comfortable being up on customers roofs
- Outside commercial sales experience is a must
