Technical Sales Manager – Waterproofing

$90k - $105k Commission
Build your territory and become the face of the business
You will be building the territory of a specific waterproofing line across the LA region
You will be hunting down new leads, as well as nurturing existing accounts consisting of contractors and distributors
Client meetings, products training, contractor events, distributor visits are all in a days work for this role – you’ll build a legacy and be the expert in your product

What You Will Be Doing
- Become an expert in the product line and assist customers with when bidding with and using the product
- You will be working with contractors and distributors throughout your territory, arranging visits and pushing forwards sales
- Working with outside sales reps to facilitate training with contractors and distribution partners
- Conduct product classes
- Attend and occasionally present at Contractor Events
- 8 years sales in construction, waterproofing, building envelope or related industry to contractors and distributors
- Hunter mindset and ability to self-generate leads
- Contacts within the local market and existing book of business for commercial contractors and distributors
- Customer-first approach and ability to travel extensively across LA
