With more than 40 years of success, an outstanding local reputation and new private-equity investment, the company is expanding its residential division and are looking for hungry, financially motivated sales professionals who want more opportunities.

Here you’ll receive company-generated appointments, modern sales technology and direct coaching, giving you everything required to build a highly lucrative career within residential roofing and solar.

Alongside a $50,000 base salary and uncapped commission of 5% of total sales, you’ll receive:

At $200,000 in monthly production, commission is approximately $10,000 per month on top of the base salary. Top-performing months within the team have exceeded $380,000 in sales, demonstrating the earning potential available to motivated representatives.

The role:

You’ll manage company-generated residential opportunities from the initial appointment through to close, conducting professional in-home consultations and presenting tailored roofing and solar solutions.

You will:

• Attend pre-qualified, company-generated appointments
• Build trust with homeowners and identify their roofing or solar needs
• Prepare and present professional estimates and proposals
• Maintain excellent speed-to-lead and follow-up standards
• Manage open estimates and re-engage previous opportunities
• Protect pricing, margins and the overall customer experience
• Generate additional opportunities when appointment volumes are lighter
• Work closely with sales, production and operational teams
