You will join a team of high performing estimators; all rallied behind the company vision!
All estimators are trained on the EDGE V12 software, meaning your role will be to mentor the existing estimators among training any Juniors who you hire!

Your Role
- Manage day to day operations of the current estimating team of 4, alongside performing estimates up to $5m
- Put the customer first, being the voice of certainty, accountability and the provide solutions.
- Work as a key member of the management team, also as an estimator. A player/coach style to management.
- 5 Years experience as a Senior Estimator/Manager
- Ability to manage 3 – 5 Estimators & up to 10 projects concurrently
- Proficiency in EDGE V12, including how to build the database
