Commercial Roofing Sales Representative
Location: Dallas, TX
Compensation: $70K–$90K base up to 5% commission
OTE: $135K–$195K

Your Role
- Build and manage your own book of commercial clients
- Self-generate leads through cold calling, marketing, and direct outreach
- Represent the company as they establish and grow their Dallas presence
- Drive revenue through re-roofing, service, and new construction opportunities
- 2 years of experience in commercial sales (roofing preferred)
- Hunter mindset with the ability to self-generate leads
- Existing industry contacts are a strong advantage
- Motivation to earn, grow, and take on more responsibility as the platform scales
