Position: AP & Procurement Specialist (Commercial Roofing)

Location: Woodstock, GA

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 Benefits

Due to continued expansion, they are now seeking an AP & Procurement Specialist to join their team. This is a critical position that sits at the heart of the business, supporting both field operations and finance to ensure projects run smoothly, vendors are paid accurately, and procurement processes remain efficient.

The role:

As the AP & Procurement Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting both field operations and finance by managing the purchase-to-pay process from start to finish. Working closely with project managers, field teams, vendors, and leadership, you'll ensure materials and services are procured efficiently, purchase orders are issued accurately, and vendor invoices are processed, coded, and reconciled correctly.

What we are looking for:

• 2 years of Accounts Payable, Procurement, or related experience.
• Experience working within construction, roofing or specialty contracting.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of invoices and data.
• Experience using accounting, ERP, or project management software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Procore is preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of job costing and construction accounting workflows is highly desirable.
