What You'll Do
- Meet homeowners face-to-face in assigned neighborhoods and build genuine relationships.
- Capture attention, spark conversations, build trust, and educate homeowners about their roofing, siding, window, gutter and exterior remodeling needs.
- Schedule qualified inspections and appointments for our sales consultants.
- Conduct roof inspections and present tailored solutions to homeowners.
- Guide customers through the sales process with professionalism and integrity.
- Represent Roofing for Troops with a positive attitude and exceptional customer service.
- Maintain appointments, customer records, and follow-up communication using company software.
- Collaborate with leadership and teammates to generate new opportunities and continuously improve.
- Have fun, stay positive, and bring energy to every interaction.

Individuals with backgrounds in sports, military, hospitality, customer service, construction, fitness, or competitive environments often excel in this role— previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Reliable vehicle in good working condition for daily travel between assigned neighborhoods
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders when needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Smartphone proficiency
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Professional references from previous employers or supervisors
