In this role, you will Market our Roofing and exterior products to introduce homeowners to our roofing services, identify potential roofing needs, and schedule free roof inspections for our Closing Department. The ideal candidate is confident, personable, and comfortable working outdoors while engaging directly with homeowners. This position plays a critical role in generating new business and helping homeowners protect their most valuable investment.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket our services to HomeownersEngage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations to identify potential roofing needsEducate homeowners on common roofing issues, storm damage, and the inspection processSchedule free roof inspections and appointments for the Closing teamAccurately record homeowner information, notes, and appointment detailsDistribute marketing materials such as flyers or door hangers as neededRepresent the company professionally and positively at all timesMeet or exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting goalsWork outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periodsFollow company scripts, training, and local solicitation guidelinesQualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-faceSelf-motivated with a positive, goal-driven attitudeAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyReliable transportation and a valid drivers license (preferred or required, depending on your needs)Ability to walk and stand for extended periods in various weather conditionsBasic smartphone proficiency for tracking leads and appointmentsProfessional appearance and demeanorPrior canvassing, sales, or customer service experience preferred but not requiredWillingness to learn roofing basics, storm damage indicators, and company processes
