Roofing Angels is seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead residential and commercial roofing projects throughout Los Angeles County. We are looking for dependable leaders who take pride in quality workmanship, safety, professionalism, and customer service.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead roofing crews and oversee daily job site operations
• Perform and supervise tear-offs, installations, repairs, and replacements
• Coordinate with Production and Project Management
• Maintain quality workmanship and OSHA safety standards
• Communicate professionally with customers, inspectors, and team members

Qualifications

• 5 years of roofing experience preferred
• Previous Foreman or Crew Leader experience
• Experience with residential and commercial roofing systems
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• English-speaking or bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus

Experience With One or More of the Following Roofing Systems

• Asphalt & Architectural Shingles
• Torch Down
• Single Ply, TPO & PVC
• Modified Bitumen
• Concrete & Clay Tile (One-Piece & Two-Piece)
• Metal Roofing
• Residential & Commercial Roofing
• Roof Repairs & Insurance Restoration

Preferred Equipment

• Professional roofing tools
• Work truck or pickup truck
• Dump truck or dump trailer
