Role Description
This is a full-time, 75% traveling role for a Site Supervisor/Inspector located in Waxahachie, TX. Frequent and extended travel will be required. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on roofing and restoration projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed, managing on-site teams, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring that quality standards are met. The role will require regular communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to monitor progress and address challenges promptly. Training will be provided.
Qualifications
- Project management skills, including the ability to oversee timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills to manage and guide on-site personnel
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements for construction and roofing projects
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges on-site swiftly
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Proficient in documenting and reporting project progress with attention to detail
- Previous experience in roofing, construction, or similar fields is beneficial
- Relevant certifications or a background in construction management is a plus
