Monument Roofing of Colorado, A Tecta America Company LLC is in need of experienced Sheet Metal Roofers. Roofers Local 58 is accepting applications from skilled installers and foreman-level leaders for commercial metal roofing and architectural metal projects.

What You’ll Do
- Install standing seam metal roofing (SSMR), cap flashing, coping, wall panels, metal siding, aluminum composite material (ACM) panels, soffits, and related components.
- Complete commercial re-roofs, repairs, and new installations on flat and sloped roofs.
- Read blueprints, specifications, and installation details.
- Measure, cut, fit, and fasten sheet metal components.
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and metal fabrication equipment.
- Follow fall protection requirements and maintain a safe, organized jobsite.
Qualifications
- Five or more years of commercial sheet metal roofing or architectural sheet metal experience preferred.
- OSHA 10 card required.
- Comfortable working at heights while using appropriate fall protection.
- Able to perform physically demanding outdoor work, including lifting 50 pounds.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a crew.
- Must provide personal hand tools; contractor supplies power tools.
- Certain projects may require background screening for access to military bases or correctional facilities.
Pay and Placement
- Journeyman’s Card holders: $33.05 per hour union benefits.
- Experienced applicants without a Journeyman’s Card: A Preliminary Evaluation will determine appropriate placement and pay.
- Foreman candidates: Leadership opportunities available for qualified applicants. Foreman pay will be discussed based on classification and responsibilities. 37.30/hr or 40.00/hr depending on crew size 6.43/hr in union benefits
Foreman Opportunities
We are also seeking experienced sheet metal roofers who can lead a crew. Responsibilities include assigning daily work, coordinating with site supervisors, tracking labor and materials, mentoring less-experienced workers, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
