We're not hiring a canvasser.
We're hiring the person who will help build our entire canvassing division.
Roof Troopers is looking for our first retail canvasser—someone who wants more than just another job knocking doors.
This is an opportunity to get in at the very beginning, prove yourself, and grow into a Field Manager, Sales Consultant, or leadership position as we expand across Northern Virginia.

Who We Are
Roof Troopers is the roofing division of an established remodeling company that has been serving Northern Virginia for over a decade.
We're building a retail roofing division focused on professionalism, customer experience, and long-term growth—not chasing storms or using high-pressure sales tactics.
Now we're looking for the right person to help us build it.
Who You Are
You probably have experience in one of these industries:
- Solar
- Pest Control
- Roofing
- Home Improvement
- Security Systems
- Window & Door Sales
- Any other door-to-door sales environment
You don't need roofing experience.
You do need to enjoy talking to people, handling rejection, and competing with yourself every day.

- Knocking targeted neighborhoods
- Creating quality appointments for our roofing consultants
- Learning proven scripts and systems
- Representing our company professionally
- Becoming someone others eventually look to for leadership

Compensation
