THE OPPORTUNITY
Roof Technologies LLC is a fast-growing insurance restoration roofing company based in Colorado. We handle residential and commercial exterior work — roofs, solar, and siding — and we're building a statewide business development team to drive referral revenue across Colorado.
We're hiring two Account Development Manager to own the Denver metro territory. This is a relationship-first role: you'll be building a network of insurance agencies and property management companies that consistently refer clients to our sales team.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A natural networker — you build relationships easily and people genuinely like doing business with you
- Experience in B2B sales, account management, insurance, real estate, or roofing preferred
- Comfortable with daily cold drop-in visits — this is how the role works, and you're excited about it
- Organized and disciplined — you manage your pipeline, update your CRM, and follow up without being reminded
- Self-motivated — you don't need a manager standing over you to stay productive
- Open to learning the insurance restoration industry if you don't already know it
