We are hiring a Service Lead Technician in Deer Park, NY

You will be responsible for investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing and low slope metal. You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship. Duties And Responsibilities

• Roof maintenance and repairs
• Maintain professional interaction with all customers
• Manage commercial roofing systems, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed
• Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines
• Removal and installation of all types of roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tiles/shingles)
  
  

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• 5 years experience working on commercial roofing systems
• A valid driver's license
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly
• Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
• Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.
• Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.
• Technology savvy.
  
  

Working Conditions

• Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature.
• Physical Effort: Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders. Frequent lifting not to exceed 50 pounds
• Travel: Mostly local
