About the Role
We’re looking for a proven Roofing Sales Manager who knows how to produce and lead from the front. This is not a desk job — this is a field-driven, high-output sales role for someone who thrives on competition, accountability, and winning.
You’ll be expected to close deals, build and lead a team of killers, and drive serious revenue growth. If you don’t have real roofing sales experience, this isn’t the role for you.
What You’ll Do- Lead from the front — actively sell, close, and set the pace in the field
- Generate new business daily through door knocking, networking, referrals, and self-generated leads
- Run appointments, perform roof inspections, and close deals on the spot
- Recruit, train, and develop a hungry, high-performing sales team
- Hold reps accountable to KPIs, pipeline activity, and closing ratios
- Push for consistent performance — no coasting, no excuses
- Build strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients
- Work closely with operations to ensure projects move fast and clients stay satisfied
- Direct roofing sales experience REQUIRED (you’ve personally closed roofing deals)
- Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets consistently
- Experience leading or mentoring a sales team
- Comfortable working in the field daily (this is not an office-heavy role)
- Strong closing, objection handling, and negotiation skills
- Ability to climb roofs and perform inspections
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
