THE BASICS OF BECOMING OUR LEAD ROOFER
THE SCHEDULE:
You usually work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday with some flexibility depending on the project. Occasional weekend work is available but not required.
YOUR ROLE:
You combine your hands-on skills and industry knowledge with your leadership abilities to perform high-quality roof repairs and replacements. Throughout each project, you supervise and assist crews to complete impressive work. You also train junior technicians in the trade to help them develop their skills and become more capable and independent roofers.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Several years of roofing experience
- Valid driver's license
- Dependability, a team spirit, a positive attitude, and self-motivation to do your best every day
- Authorization to work in the US
Our ideal person is experienced with flat roofing and siding and is bilingual in English and Spanish. If you can use apps, email, and a digital calendar, you could be the perfect fit!
