To support our continued growth, we are seeking an IT Manager who will lead and support the company’s internal technology operations, including ownership of NetSuite ERP, employee hardware and software provisioning, mobile and cellular solutions, Zoom Phone administration, onboarding system access, IT procurement documentation, subscription management, budgeting, and security implementation and monitoring.

About the Role

This role is a full time role that directly reports to the HR Director with cross reporting to the Director of Finance. This role will be hybrid where day-to-day work will occur at your in-home office Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and in the New Jersey office Tuesdays and Thursdays. This schedule may vary depending on the needs of the business at any given time.

This role will also be responsible for travel up to 25% including quarterly visits to the San Antonio office site, as well as any other additional business needs.

About You

You are a hands-on IT professional who thrives in a fast-paced, on-site environment and enjoys creating structure across systems, tools, and processes. You have experience managing business-critical platforms such as NetSuite, employee hardware and software, mobile and cellular solutions, telecom systems, and user access. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning procurement documentation, subscriptions, budgets, and onboarding workflows. You partner effectively with both technical and non-technical teams, especially Engineering and HR, and communicate clearly across functions. You also bring a strong security mindset, with experience implementing and monitoring controls that protect systems, devices, and company data.

Essential Functions

• Own and manage core IT systems and business applications, including NetSuite ERP, Zoom Phone, and other internal software platforms.

• Lead employee technology operations, including hardware procurement, provisioning, inventory tracking, mobile and cellular management, and lifecycle support.

• Manage user access across company systems, including onboarding and offboarding, permissions administration, and day-one technology readiness for employees.

• Oversee IT procurement, asset documentation, software subscriptions, vendor relationships, and budget tracking to ensure operational efficiency and cost control.

• Partner closely with Engineering, HR, Finance and other stakeholders to support business operations, improve processes, and align technology needs across the organization.

• Implement, maintain, and monitor IT security controls, policies, and tools to help protect company systems, devices, and data.

Core Requirements

• 5 years of progressive IT experience, including ownership of internal IT operations, systems administration, or IT management responsibilities.

• Experience administering NetSuite ERP and business systems.

• Strong experience managing employee hardware, software provisioning, SaaS platforms, telecom systems, and access controls.

• Strong preference for individuals who have created on site data centers for employee use.

• Experience owning or supporting IT procurement processes, asset tracking, subscription management, and budget oversight.

• Familiarity with onboarding and offboarding workflows, including user provisioning and identity/access management.

• Experience implementing and monitoring security controls in a business environment.

• Strong vendor management and cross-functional partnership skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to document processes, maintain accurate records, and manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

• Ability to operate in a hands-on, on-site environment and provide responsive support to employees.

Details – This role is NOT open to contract work, nor is it fully remote. Preference to the greater Philadelphia area.

• The starting compensation range for this position is $125,000 – 145,000 USD and will be determined based upon a candidate’s experience and location.

• The typical working hours for this position are 8 am – 4:30 pm (ET) with emergency call monitoring.

• This role will be hybrid where day-to-day work will occur at your in-home office Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and in the New Jersey office Tuesdays and Thursdays. This schedule may vary depending on the needs of the business at any given time.

• This job position is exempt to overtime as determined by the FLSA standards.

• Travel is expected for this position up to 25% which is anticipated to be overnight in several domestic locations. This role will also be responsible for traveling for quarterly visits to the San Antonio office site, as well as any other additional business needs.

• International travel may be required in the future depending on business needs.
