We're looking for Project Managers who can take take control of roofing jobs and handle them the right way.
If you know construction, can manage people, and don't cut corners — this is a high-income opportunity.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Run roofing/siding/gutter jobs from start to finish
- Meet homeowners & set expectations
- Manage crews and keep jobs moving
- Ensure property protection (tarps, Catch-All, etc.)
- Take job photos (before/during/after)
- Handle set-up, clean-up final walkthrough
- Get completion signed and move to the next job
PAY STRUCTURE:
- UP TO $600 PER DAY
- Run multiple jobs per day
- The more you handle, the more you make
WHAT WE NEED:
- Experience in roofing, construction, or exterior trades (preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage crews and keep jobs on schedule
- High attention to detail — no shortcuts, no excuses
- Tech-friendly (photos, emails, basic job documentation)
- Company truck provided
- Ability to handle multiple jobs per day in a fast-paced environment
