Roof Maxx is looking for professional, people-oriented individuals to join our team as Home Care

Solution Specialists. This isn't traditional roofing—you'll have real conversations with homeowners,

perform roof inspections and treatments, and build a career with six-figure income potential. If you're

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Have genuine conversations with homeowners about preventive home care

• Perform roof inspections and identify potential issues

• Apply scientifically-proven treatments that extend roof life

• Complete minor repairs (boot replacements, small fixes—not full tear-offs)

• Build trust with customers as their go-to roof care expert

• Generate your own opportunities in your local area

• Work with a partner as part of a two-person team

WHAT YOU WON'T DO:

• Sit behind a desk

• Cold call from a phone bank

• Wait around for someone to give you leads

• Do heavy manual labor or full roof replacements

• Work for someone else's schedule

WHO SUCCEEDS HERE:

• Comfortable having conversations (not "selling" in the pushy sense)

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Coachable and willing to follow a proven system

• Comfortable on ladders and working outdoors

• Reliable and self-motivated

• Good with basic technology (phone, tablet, apps)
