Roof Masters is looking for hungry, competitive, self-motivated salespeople who want to get paid based on performance.

You’ll be responsible for generating leads, meeting with homeowners, inspecting roofs, following up with customers, and closing roofing projects.
We want someone who: Is confident talking to people and asking for the sale Isn’t afraid to knock doors and create their own opportunities Is competitive, dependable, and self-motivated Can climb ladders and safely get on roofs Is not afraid of heights Can lift at least 50 lbs. Has reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Is willing to learn roofing, inspections, and insurance restoration
Roofing or outside sales experience is a huge plus, but drive and work ethic matter more.
