Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources (HR) Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and capable of handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations
- Assist with performance management processes, including evaluations and development plans
- Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture efforts
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in an HR role or similar position
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
