Outside Sales Representative - Home Improvement/Roofing

• Residence: San Jose & surrounding areas
• Personality: Animated, enthusiastic, charismatic with a CLOSER mentality
• Lifestyle: Comfortable with extensive driving, available to work up to 6 days a week
• Education: No college degree required
• Attributes: Reliable, coachable, responsible, persistent, and able to handle rejection

• Earnings: COMMISSION-ONLY structure with average reps making over $150,000 per year, and top reps making over $250,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the home improvement and roofing sectors.
• Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads to generate new business opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Utilize CRM and other tools for account management and tracking sales performance.
