Schedule: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Job Description
Roo’s World After School Care & Summer Camp is a community-focused nonprofit organization providing safe, engaging after-school programming for elementary students in the Rogers area.
We are currently hiring positive, dependable team members who enjoy working with children and want to make a meaningful impact each afternoon.
This role is perfect for:
- Parents with children in Rogers Public Schools
- College students
- Education majors
- Individuals interested in childcare, youth programs, or education
Responsibilities
Team members help create a safe, structured, and fun environment for elementary-aged students after school.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising children during after-school program hours
- Leading games, crafts, and enrichment activities
- Assisting students with homework
- Supporting snack time and daily routines
- Building positive relationships with students and families
- Maintaining a safe and organized program environment
- Working collaboratively with the Roo’s World team
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will:
- Enjoy working with children
- Be reliable and responsible
- Have a positive and patient attitude
- Work well as part of a team
- Be able to pass required background checks for childcare employment
Experience in childcare, after-school programs, tutoring, camps, or youth development is helpful but not required.

Roo’s World is a nonprofit after-school and summer camp program serving families across the Rogers community. Over the past six years, we have served 900 students while providing a safe, supportive environment where children can grow, belong, and thrive after the school day ends.
Pay
$13.00 – $15.00 per hour depending on experience.
