Role: Senior ServiceNow Developer
Location: Boston, Massachusetts (100% Remote)

What you'll do:-
Develop quality software and web applications
Analyse and maintain existing software applications
Design highly scalable, testable code
Discover and fix programming bugs
3rd party integration development (REST, SOAP, mid servers, etc)
Write/create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACLs, UI scripts
Work independently with customers on implementations and remote services
Troubleshoot basic configuration/script issues
Attend requirements review and validation sessions as needed
Participate in SCRUM calls
Utilise strong written and verbal communication skills
Stay on time and on task with assigned customer work
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
8 years of development experience with ServiceNow
Experience working with ITOM products is a plus
Experience with cloud-native implementations of Discovery, Service Mapping, and AIOps is a plus.
Experience/willingness to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Self-Learner and eager to understand new technologies
