Route Sales Rep - Delivery Driver

Ronnoco Beverage Solutions, the Midwest's leading supplier of specialty coffee and other premium beverages, is looking for a Route Sales Associate/ Delivery Driver in the Kansas City area.

The Route Sales Associate / Delivery Driver will make scheduled route deliveries of product, provide exceptional customer service, ensure point-of-sale materials are correctly displayed, maintain inventory, and work closely with the sales team to identify increased product sales opportunities.

Ideal candidates will be self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Direct store delivery of coffee and allied products to customers.
• Manage deliveries, stock and maintain product inventory for warehouse and truck.
• Pick product at warehouse and load onto truck each day.
• Manage coffee inventory for customer accounts.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to provide exceptional customer service to accounts.
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years' experience in a route sales or related role.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs. unassisted.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screen, DOT physical, and background check.
• Team player with ability to work independently.
