RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Setting 15 Life Insurance / Investment Appointments with Agent per Month
- Performing 10 Customer Policy Reviews/Week
- Pivoting and selling 2 Life Insurance Policies per Month
- Supporting Sales Team through outbound calling warm leads
- Previous experience in a receptionist, sales or customer service role (preferred, not required).
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Property & Casualty - General Lines License (required to start)
- Life & Health License (must be passed within 30 days of start date)
