Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious or unusual activity.
- Control access to the facility by logging all guests, vendors, and deliveries.
- Verify identification and delivery documentation as required by site post orders.
- Maintain accurate daily activity logs and incident reports.
- Provide professional, courteous customer service to employees, drivers, and visitors.
- Enforce site-specific rules and security procedures.
- Communicate effectively with site management and Ronin supervisors.
- Maintain a calm, professional presence at all times.
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Valid California BSIS Guard Card (Required).
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent reliability, punctuality, and attendance.
- Basic computer skills for logging and CCTV monitoring.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to report consistently to the same work site.
- Prior security, customer service, warehouse, or logistics experience.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and access control procedures.
- CPR/First Aid certification.
- Experience with report writing or electronic logging systems.
