- Skilled at capturing business process requirements, mapping processes, identifying gaps, and redesigning and testing processes
- Strong technical and functional writing skills for the creation of user documentation
- Experience managing customer/stakeholder relationships with the ability to facilitate collaboration within the teams
- Strong understanding of technical and functional system requirements
- Demonstrated experience leading business process improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of systems engineering processes and practices
- 5 years of consulting experience with expertise in change management and business process creation and implementation
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate ideas effectively, listen to alternative ideas, and develop solutions
- Solid MS Office knowledge
- Federal Government experience
- Able to work independently
