Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This is a hybrid role where you will be responsible for managing employment law cases, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents and motions, and providing advice to clients.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge and expertise in Law and Labor and Employment Law
- Strong skills in Legal Advice and providing counsel to clients
- Proven ability to conduct thorough Research and analyze legal issues
- Licensed attorney in good standing with the California State Bar
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and case management skills with attention to detail
- Values-driven, passionate advocate for workplace rights
- Prior experience in plaintiff-side employment law is a plus
