What are the responsibilities and job description for the Irrigation Crew Member position at Ronco Irrigation, Inc?
Here at Ronco Irrigation we are seeking an experienced crew member for this current season.
We offer very competitive pay based on work experience.
Preferably 1-2 years of irrigation
Qualified candidates will meet the following criteria:
A Drivers License with a clean driving record
Have reliable personal transportation
Familiar with sprinkler systems: Startups, shutdowns, repairs and installation.
Ability to work full-time (five days per week, 8-10 hours per day)
The ability to follow blue prints/drawings
Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate (written and verbal).
Effective time management, ability to problem solve and meet deadlines.
Ability to demonstrate flexibility and initiative in an ever-changing environment.
Ability to prioritize, multitask and work independently and in team setting.
Great upbeat attitude, energetic, positive and team oriented.
Bilingual is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
