Role and Responsibilities
As the trade partner development associate at Ronco Construction, you’re the boots-on-the-ground representative in the Kansas City market, developing and strengthening relationships within the subcontractor and trade partner community. Working closely with the Industry Engagement Director, this role supports Ronco’s preconstruction team by expanding and maintaining a strong trade partner network, increasing subcontractor participation during the bidding process and building meaningful industry relationships. You play a key role in maintaining day-to-day engagement and cultivating relationships to support company growth. You support the organization through the following activities:
- Maintain relationships with subcontractors, trade partners and industry groups within the Kansas City market.
- Help identify and engage new subcontractors and trade partners to expand market coverage and bidding participation.
- Support trade partner outreach efforts and maintain consistent communication with subcontractors and industry partners.
- Participate in industry events, networking opportunities and association meetings.
- Collaborate and assist preconstruction, operations and marketing teams to support relationship-building initiatives and engagement strategies.
- Assist with gathering market intelligence, subcontractor feedback and relationship insights to support preconstruction and operational teams.
- Maintain and manage the subcontractor database, reporting and engagement tracking.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements

- You have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, construction management or a related field. Professional experience in relationship management, business development, construction or community engagement is preferred.
